Best Android gallery apps
2020 · English · Ranking
Slant is a community-voted comparison page, not an editorial review; in its September 2020 snapshot, Piktures holds the top spot among 13 Android gallery apps with a score of 93, ahead of Google Photos at 73. The pros that users rate highest are the ability to hide specific folders, Dropbox sync and the absence of ads. The top con, also from a user, is slowness: zoomed-in images appear blurry and take a long time to load fully. Elsewhere on the page, a user writing under another app says they own the Pro versions of Piktures and two other galleries and preferred a competitor for its design, features and speed.
