Since then

Most of what this page once listed as coming soon has shipped:

• the list of albums can be displayed as Classic, Grid, or List;
• Nextcloud, Yandex Disk, Koofr, and any WebDAV server are available under ADD A NEW ACCESS, and so are network drives (SMB). Box never came;
• the search has a text field next to its filters;
• the Secret Space can be exported and imported;
• Piktures has a dark interface.

This major version introduces a major changes on the way you can manage your albums

We now have three sections: Bookmarks, Smart views and Albums

The Bookmarks sit at the top on the screen. You can add as many bookmarks as you want. You can decide the order you want them to be, manually

The Smart views include the All items, Favorites, QR Code album, and Recycle bin

In Piktures 2.26, the Smart views have become special albums: All, Favorites, QR Codes, and Deleted items, the new name of the Recycle bin. The SMART ALBUMS section now holds your saved searches. See Special albums.
