Debug mode

When Debug Mode is on, Piktures writes a detailed log of what it does. Sending us this log helps us understand a problem that only happens on your phone. It may slow the phone down, so turn it off when you're done.

Send us a log

1. Open More → Settings, and scroll down to DEBUG, the last section.
2. Turn on Debug Mode. The log starts right away: you don't need to restart Piktures.
3. Repeat what causes the problem.
4. Tap Send Debug Log. Piktures prepares an e-mail to our support address with the log attached. Add any details you want, and send it.
5. Turn off Debug Mode.

Send Debug Log stays greyed out while Debug Mode is off. If the phone has no e-mail app, Piktures shows No email clients installed.

What the log contains

The log contains technical details about your phone, such as its model, its Android version, its language, and its storage, all your Piktures settings, and what the app did.
