Piktures is not associated with Koofr. It connects to Koofr through WebDAV.

Create an app password first

Koofr requires an app password for apps such as Piktures: your regular Koofr password won't work. Create one in the App Passwords section of your Koofr account.

Add your Koofr account

  1. In the Storage tab, under ADD A NEW ACCESS, tap Koofr, then GET STARTED.
  2. Type your Koofr Login, and your app password in Password. There's no server address to type.
  3. Tap Sign in or register. If it stays greyed out, press the keyboard's send key.

Piktures keeps your login details on the phone. Your first access is free: see How to add a cloud.

Koofr appears in the Storage tab, under CLOUD, with your login. The first time you open it, Piktures reads the whole folder structure, which can take a while.

If Piktures can't connect

  • Login failed: check your login, and use an app password, not your regular Koofr password. Check also that the phone is online.
  • This access already exists: a Koofr account is already in the Storage tab. Piktures holds one Koofr account per phone.
  • There is an SSL error: the secure connection with Koofr couldn't be set up.

Limits

  • In a Koofr album, the Mosaic display isn't offered, and Sort by offers every order except Date.
  • Deleting a photo on Koofr deletes it for good: there's no trash.
  • Photos from Koofr are always copied, never moved: see Copy and move between drives.

Koofr can also receive your backups: see Back up and restore your photos.
