Need to reset your device?

Resetting the phone erases the Secret Space, and Android's backup doesn't keep it. Before you reset:

1. Export your Secret Space: see Back up your Secret Space.
2. Copy the PikBackup folder off the phone, for example to a computer: the reset erases the phone's storage.
3. Reset the phone.
4. Install Piktures, set up the Secret Space again, and import PikBackup: see Recover your Secret Space.

Copying the Piktures folder to the SD card or a computer and putting it back doesn't work: only a PikBackup export can be imported.

These steps only cover the Secret Space. Save your other photos the way you usually do.
