Taking photos

1. Open an album in the Photos tab.
2. Tap ⋮ at the top right.
3. Tap Take a photo or Record a video.

The first time you take a photo, Piktures asks for access to the camera.

Where the photo goes

• From All or the Camera album, your camera app opens and saves the photos in its usual folder, as when you open it yourself.
• From another album, you take one photo or one video, and Piktures moves it into that album.

Where it's available

Take a photo and Record a video are in the ⋮ menu of All, of the phone's folders (except Download), and of the Secret Space albums. They aren't available in QR Codes, or on a cloud, a network drive, or a USB drive.

Piktures uses the camera app that Android provides: it doesn't list or choose camera apps itself.
